Putting wine at the center of the experience, we will embark on a journey analyzing the different types of sparkling wines using products of excellence of the moment and combining them with rich tastings, with the aim of widening the organoleptic sensations.
Following a brief historical-anthropological introduction to wine, participants will learn about the history, the curiosities, the characteristics of the territory, the vines grown and the organoleptic characteristics of the wines produced in 5 of the production areas, selected according to the season.
The meeting includes the tasting of 5 wines that will be served in combination with seasonal dishes and, where possible, typical of the area of production of the same, all for the total duration of about 2 hours.
