PROGRAM

Following a brief historical introduction with a 4-minute video showing the extension of Marisa Cuomo’s vineyards from above, customers will be guided by a family member to one of the terraced vineyards, and then taken to the historic cellar, where they will witness various processes of transformation of grapes into wine.

After the tour lasting about 40 minutes, customers will be accompanied to the exclusive Hostaria Bacco Furore, just a 2-minute walk from the cellar, where they will be served a 4-course lunch on the exclusive and panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, using products Seasonal.

The tasting will be followed by a multilingual NWT Sommelier

The tasting will be led by an expert Sommelier NWT of the European School of Sommelier available to diners for the duration of the experience, who in addition to telling you stories, anecdotes and curiosities about the wines provided, will also show you the basics and techniques of inspection and organoleptic analysis of wine, in order to better understand and appreciate the experience, and to understand why it is combined with eno-gastronomic determinations and techniques.

Also, as of November 2024, all tastings will be supported by the Exclusive Master Wine Aroma Kit Experience, enabling guests to experience white and red wine aromas and wine faults, hence completing a world-unique exclusive.
