Our offer includes an in-depth approach on the origin of natural wines, clarifying the distinction between organic and biodynamic wines, starting with the basic criteria of wine production, and passing through wines produced independently without adhering to any disciplinary, to the well-known Triple-A, Naturali, and in Amphora. The route winds through the guided tasting of regional and/or national and international wine excellences and the combination with a lunch or dinner based on typical regional dishes. All with particular attention to the territory, history, and legends of which the world of alternative wines is rich.
Following a brief historical-anthropological introduction on natural wine, participants will be able to learn about the history, curiosities, characteristics of the territory, the vines grown, and the organoleptic characteristics of the wines produced in specific Italian or international production areas selected according to the season. The meeting includes the tasting of 4 wines that will be served in combination with typical dishes of the production area, all for a total duration of about 2 hours.
