Spend New Year’s lunch in a jaw-dropping location

The offer includes a visit to the vineyards and/or cellars where possible, with a tasting of 6 or 7 wines, from Campania producers who are particularly respectful of the territory, the organoleptic characteristics and the traditional production techniques of native vines.
The producer chosen, located in particularly characteristic places from a landscape and/or oenological point of view, boast very well-kept reception and tasting areas. The vineyards are located around or in the immediate vicinity of the cellar (place where all the grape processing processes take place), in such a way as to allow an easy visit to both the vineyards themselves and the cellars.
On January 1th at 9am morning the participants will be taken by private transfer (duration of the transfer 45 minutes max) to the wine production company. A guided tour of the vineyard and cellar will be carried out with a professional NWT sommelier and with a member of the producing family, during which the vine growing techniques and wine production will be illustrated. Afterwards, the tasting of the typical lunch feast of the last day of the year from Naples and Campania will follow, combined with the various wines of the producer. The sommelier will give a historical introduction to wine in the world, in Italy and Campania and typical food of the last day of the yearand, after tuning in to the level of the diners, will teach wine inspection techniques, food-wine combination techniques, and where required, more advanced topics will be explored.
