Approaching wine with awareness

WINE APPROACH COURSE

Get closer to the world of wine in a systematic and simple way by tasting wines from all over Italy, but without excluding wines from the rest of the world.

The offer includes a brief historical anthropological introduction to wine followed by tasting of wines from all over Italy, thus giving the opportunity to simultaneously discover the main grape varieties of most of the Italian regions.

PROGRAM

The program includes five meetings lasting about two hours each which will develop in the following way: bubbles, whites, pinks, reds, and desserts. Our professional sommelier from the European School of Sommelier will guide you in an organized and simple way through history, anecdotes and legends of wine, teaching you basic techniques of wine inspection and food-wine matching. For each meeting three wines will be tasted and they will be paired with as many courses. During all the meetings, each participant will be invited to do a basic organoleptic analysis of the wine.
